Elena Ferrante: Man Booker International Prize shortlist 2016

I'm stoked to discover that Elena Ferrante's fourth novel in the Neapolitan series, The Story of the Lost Child, is shortlisted for the Man Booker International prize, which acknowledges literary works in translation.Been a bit of a FANGIRL, as far as Ferrante is concerned. I read the first in the series, My Brilliant Friend, while in the mountains. Upon finishing it, I raced to the lovely bookshop in Leura in my pyjamas and bought the next two. Then I paced and fretted until the fourth appeared on the shelves.
